We provide shop fabrication, field installation, modifications, and repairs for mechanical and industrial piping projects.
Shop Fabrication
We fabricate pipe spools, fittings: flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, weldoutlets, treadoutlets, etc; and piping assemblies according to the project dimensions and specifications.
Field Installation
We install, connect, and modify piping systems directly at the project site.

Materials We Handle
Carbon Steel: From standard A53 to high-pressure A106, we handle the heavy-wall schedules (Sch 40, 80, 160) required for industrial steam and water lines.
Stainless Steel: We provide clean, corrosion-resistant welding for 304 and 316 stainless systems, including thin-wall process piping.
Welding Procedures

How do you handle change orders or field adjustments?

What is your typical lead time for shop fabrication?
Lead times depend on the material grade and the volume of spools required. We prioritize clear communication from the start. Once we review your prints, we provide a firm delivery date so you can schedule your crane and crew with confidence.
Do you work with both carbon and stainless steel?
Yes. We maintain separate procedures and dedicated tools for carbon and stainless steel. This physical segregation prevents cross-contamination. It ensures the metallurgical integrity of every weld we produce.
Are you available for field installation in Atlanta?
Yes. While our shop is located in Dawsonville, we regularly mobilize for field installation projects throughout the Atlanta metro and North Georgia. Our proximity allows for rapid response to your site needs.
Are you certified to weld to code?
Yes. Nicacio holds ASME Section IX welder performance qualification in the 6G position — the most demanding pipe welding certification in the industry, qualifying for all positions and all pipe sizes. All work is performed to code. He is also OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certified, which meets the safety requirements for most commercial jobsites.
