Nicacio Muniz began his career in New York's industrial sector. He brings 30 years of welding experience from New York to North Georgia. Superior Fabrication applies that deep expertise to every project. We maintain ASME B31.1 and B31.3 standards regardless of the project location.

Shop-to-Field Philosophy
Our Dawsonville shop is designed to streamline field labor. We utilize positioners and custom jigs that allow us to rotate the pipe to the optimal angle. This setup ensures superior weld profiles. It also reduces the need for field rework, which saves you time and labor costs on-site.
Material Handling & Clean-Room Protocols
We maintain strict material separation between carbon and stainless steel to ensure system integrity. Carbon and stainless never share tools or space in our shop. For stainless and high-purity work, we back-purge every root pass to prevent oxidation. This ensures a smooth internal profile that meets high-purity standards.

Superior Fabrication maintains Material Test Reports (MTRs) and weld logs for full traceability. Fit-up is held to a 1/16th-inch tolerance on every spool, header, and tie-in. All work is owner-led to ensure compliance with project specifications. This prevents administrative bottlenecks at project closeout.
