We apply the correct metallurgical procedures for every grade, addressing the need for technical certainty in high-spec environments
Stainless Steel & High-Purity Systems
We utilize GTAW (TIG) with back-purging to prevent oxidation on the internal root pass. This precision ensures your system meets code requirements for a successful hydro test on the first attempt.
Heavy-Wall Carbon Steel (Sch 160)
We handle high-pressure A106 carbon steel for industrial steam and water mains. Our deep-penetration welds mean you can rest easy knowing your high-pressure system is built to last.
Strict Material Segregation
Carbon and stainless steel never share tools or space in our shop. This protocol eliminates the risk of cross-contamination, protecting the long-term integrity of your stainless steel investment.

AREAS WE SERVE

We proudly provide carbon & stainless steel pipework to the following areas:
Clean, organized workmanship
We manage material test reports for every fitting and flange. You won't be left chasing heat numbers during the final audit, ensuring a smooth project closeout.
This is paragraph text.
Nicacio Muniz brings three decades of experience working with industrial materials. You get owner-led execution that guarantees the technical integrity of every joint.
Inspection-First Procedures
We weld for the inspector, not just the contract. Our consistent bead profiles and internal cleanliness remove the "inspection failure" nightmare from your project.
Answering the logistical questions that keep your project moving.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
We maintain strict physical separation and use dedicated tools for each material. Carbon steel never touches our stainless work area, preventing premature corrosion.
What is "sugaring" and how do you prevent it?
Sugaring is oxidation on the back side of a stainless weld. We prevent it by back-purging the pipe with argon gas, ensuring a smooth internal profile that meets high-purity standards.
Can you provide MTRs for all materials?
Yes. Material traceability is a core part of our quality system. We provide full MTR packages and weld logs, so your documentation is as clean as your welds.
What welding processes do you use for stainless?
We primarily use GTAW (TIG) for stainless steel to ensure the highest level of precision and internal cleanliness.
Do you work with heavy-wall carbon steel?
Yes. We handle heavy-wall schedules, including Sch 40, 80, and 160, required for industrial steam and water lines.
Don't let project delays compromise your materials. Get a partner who understands the metallurgy of high-pressure piping.
